If you put a space, type it like this: Help "Master Sword" 4. Or type Help Hylian 4 and then everything included in the mod will show up. But also, is the Master Sword even in this mod? I think it's just the Hylian Shield and Fairy Bow, isn't it?
Open the console and type "Help Hylian 4" then hit enter and it should show a list of the mod's items and abilities. Find the reference ID next to the things you want and type "Player.AddItem (Put the ID here) 1"
Mod works perfectly! Only type in the console what is between the parenthesis: (help "Master Sword"). There will show text. Next to the word Master Sword inside the text will be a string of numbers and letters. Type in the console: (player.additem XXXXXXX) or whatever the numbers and letters were. Sword is actually strong (another Master Sword mod wasn't) and there is actually a Shield AND a Bow this time! More of a shield user myself, but still works perfectly! <3
Did you already check the mod index in your Vortex? That's the number. It changes depend on the number of mod you already install or the order determined by your mod organizer

I don't think they check the Nexus for Skyrim mods, although if someone ported the Zelda items from the Switch release of Skyrim to PC I'm sure that wouldn't make anyone happy.
Besides, this sort of thing is low key compared to a full on Pokemon fangame that was being released for free about a few months before their big 20th anniversary game.
