The number refers to where this mod loads in your load order. If you look in your mod organiser you'll see the plugin ID as something like FE:02A The three charaters that follow the FE: are what the xxx refer to above.
Don't know what to think of these. On one hand, it's not bad, it's well made. On the other hand, it feels like a cosplay. It feels like it's made of pure cosmetic materials you'd wear during comic-on. Neither of them feels like an armor at all.
Yeah these need a retexture very badly. It's a shame the mod author throws a temper tantrum every time someone tries to help him out with the texturing.
knights didn't always use plate armor and heavy weapons because of the fact that they were expensive also bowmen were highly wanted for their skill and because it took a long time for people to master the bow
