A lightweight and aesthetic flora/clutter overhaul of the Capital of Skyrim, Solitude!

This mod mainly consists of extra/new flowers, trees, clutter, and static objects in the Solitude world space.
-All vanilla assets, the only 'requirement' is Dawnguard for two shrubs of yellow mountain flower. Otherwise, they won't show up.-
I always thought Solitude didn't live up to the hype, the Capital of Skyrim, the city it was supposed to be. Don't get me wrong, it is huge and beautiful but it didn't feel 'lived in' enough for me. I also thought that some places like the Bard's College, or even the Blue Palace, just weren't that outstanding. I planned on just adding trees and flora and ending up adding little details, but leaving it still pretty true to a vanilla experience.
Halfway through making the mod, putting tons of flowers around town wasn't cutting it. Who planted them? Who is taking care of the flowers in this city? Then I decided to make a Groundskeeper! You'll find him, well, taking care of the grounds. He has a bed in the basement of the Winking Skeever, and likes to hang out there after work.
I want to give a huge shout-out to the mod that inspired me, Solitude Overgrown
If you don't like my mod, consider downloading theirs!
Compatibility: Obviously this will have huge issues with any mod that changes the landscape of Solitude.
Texture overhauls should work, because I used vanilla models.
I know personally that mods like Missives, Immersive Laundry, Skyrim Sewers 4, and Notice Board work fine with this mod.
