If you've chosen a backstory that has your character bullying other kids, certain follower lines will be blocked off, mainly preventing you asking them to do favors for you. This also affects one of Meeko's lines in his capacity as a temporary follower, and the patch carries forward the overlapping changes to this line made by Backstories and Meeko to Lod.
I'm probably not going to make patches for mod combinations I don't personally use - I just found that I'd made a fair few patches for my own use, and decided to make a mod page for them, since Backstories doesn't have a lot of published patch coverage.
One question though - would it not be simpler to merge the multipatch? I.e. instead of having to download both the separate patches and the multi-patch, just integrate records from the first two in the third?
While the changes made by the Meeko patch are a superset of those made by the RDO patch, I don't want to include the changes from one mod in the patch meant for another, even if the extra check in this case is somewhat inconsequential. If you load the Backstories+Meeko patch after its RDO counterpart, the multi-patch is unnecessary, as its purpose is just to make the relative load order of my patches irrelevant, to avoid the minuscule possibility of weird errors.
