On Oldrim, I modified your mod so that at 20% life, a very heavy life degeneration effect was applied, to simulate bleeding out. Some fights are best won by fighting them a different day, you see. In this way, it was not possible to eat food to regenerate life and make a comeback in the middle of combat. This greatly amplifies the difficulty and makes you pick and choose your fights much more carefully, as all heroes must.
I like what the mod does and would love to use it (well I did, but I found it pointless). Basically I created some bandages out of cotton and using them restored around 5 hp...? I know it's over time, and yes, I mean 5 hp over the whole duration. Maybe it's because I use some no hp regen mods? Either way, love the idea, want to use it, but it's as effective as eating a raw blue flower at the moment, so that's not good. Am I doing something wrong on my end?
I use the HARDCORE version and my healing spells still work fine.... was i supposed to do something to get them to stop working?
Is there a chance you can upload a plugin that all it does is remove the healing effect of the restoration spells and the heal-over-time so it forces you to rely on consumables?
In order to enjoy the injury feature you will need to read a copy of "Bandages and You". They can be found in Riverwood on Alvor's smithing table, Arcadia's shop on the counter, or buy one from any general goods merchant.
There is a guy called FunnyBizness over on LL who made some animation for an injured-state as modders resource... maybe give them a look for when FNIS comes to SSE? https ://www.youtube.com/user/stayingbrutal/videos?view=0&sort=dd&shelf_id=0 (I link his youtube 'cause I don't know how well mods here react to LL-links...mind the space.)

Sadly it seems your mod have a little water glitch, like Frostfall. Pls, check out water at Riverwood near Mill.
