If you like the mod, or are just happy to see it in SSE, please endorse of leave a comment. I really appreciate it!

    F.A.Q.

Q: Does SMIM fix the flickering problem, too?
A: No. SMIM does not fix this problem. I have fixed this problem by changing the design of the fences, SMIM does not do this!

Q: Could you please make a version like this (insert cool idea here) ?
A: Maybe. A number of people had asked for a version that looked more weathered, and I made that. Feel free to ask below.

If this is such a problem I don't get why I don't see downloads rather in the hundreds of thousands.

I thought by now with USSEP, they would have fixed something like this by now?

This is still an issue in the latest SE?

    Hmm

P.S. I guess I'll leave it out for now and if I then see a problem I'll install...

I wonder this same thing with quite a few mods and the what I've learned is: if it isn't broken or bothering you in your game, don't download it just because it's there. I've added many fix mods just because they're available (even though I never noticed I would really need them), only to cause conflict issues and headaches. Better to stay away if you don't think you need it IMO, if it's not something that makes you go "ah, yes that is an issue in my game".

My apologies I am requesting permission to port it myself, that’s what I meant.

Those fences look very dangerous and unstable. Wouldn't want to get impaled on them.

I'm having a problem to put vanilla fences in the Creation Kit. They are just too hard to select, its very annoying.
Can I use your meshes as a modders resource? Its for another worldspace.

Weathered Edition 2K works great with Skyrim VR and Noble Skyrim. no more flickering fences in VR.

Looks like these meshes need to be run through NIF Optimizer.
Other that that, they look good, thanks!

Yeah needs converting with NIFoptimizer only takes a moment, I've always used this mod from day one looks great & of cause anti-flicker as the posts are vertical & are well spaced its the best "Defence" against this problem.

Actually, they don't need to be "optimized". The only things wrong with the meshes are redundant white colors (not imporant) and duplicate names. Just edit the strings in NifSkope and make sure each node has a unique name. Running them through NifOptimizer just to clean up the names could potentially cause more harm than good, by compressing the vertex data and making it less precise. It only takes a few minutes to fix it. I have it fixed locally if the author wants it.

    It's late but...
Somehow, the fences has missing texture in certain areas
    Example :
When you first arrived at Helgen and a lot at Dawnstar

I use SMIM and Vivid Landscape
Do i need to install the Main File then the Vivid Patch or Only the Vivid patch?

    Edit :
I discover that only the SNOWY Fences are having missing texture
    The normal fences are fine

Thats strange, Ive never heard of that problem.
You need the main file, and then the Vivid patch on top of that :D
Hopefully you found a fix for the problem already.
