I love the fact that its simple enough to remove the slide mechanisim, without having to alter code. Your foot touches the ground making it look like you recover into a run
Honestly, this is the best jump animation out there for SSE. Even if it's not for a big jump, it's much better than the default monkey jump like the other user said, or the fantasy weird looking ones here on Nexus.
"Natural"? "Nice for short jumping"? I noticed opposite. On short jump or jump on place it looks like Super Mario jump. It looks better in video than in game. =(
The animation looks good for short/small jumping. But unfortunately, it looks weird on big jumping or when you're falling down. Still, at least its a better alternative rather than the vanilla "monkey jump".
You said it! This has much potential. Hope the author is still active since I agree with megindo99 completely, the jump part when the character takes the leap is really nice! Very natural looking.
If it had 2 animations, every other jump on left foot and every other on right foot first, this mod would be number one for movement mods for me and I think many others. For me, the landing animation doesn't bother, but could be a little more natural when jumping and falling from greater heights.
I can't put into words how much I like the animation itself. Can't comprehend how practically no one else has realized that this is how jumping should be when running and jumping forward. You lead with the other leg and push/bounce mainly on the other. After trying like 15 jump mods I would freakin' pay for a mod that had this animation(s) with jumping randomly/consecutively on either foot. This mod as it is I've used on LE but had to move to another since the repeating jump on the same foot feels just off. I don't want to come off as negative. With little tuning I believe this mod would rise up, riiiiiiseee up to the heavens! Just like Talos, as Heimskr likes to preach! :D Thank you for the mod, 5poiler!
