    Thank you for the information.
I want to ask a Question. I want to make a playthrough with RAID and RAID Weathers, but I would like to give it a more vibrant and fantasy ambient.
So I need to play with the saturation (more saturation) to have a more colorful Skyrim, is that right?
I tried to compare the saturation from RAID Weathers with those in Obsidian and Mythical Weathers, unfortunately they dont change the imagespace. In Obsidian there is a Fantasy option with a "Saturation multiplier" of 2. I suppose these means it multiplies the saturation of all imagespaces by 2, right?
I hope you can give me some advice how can I give a more fantasy looking to RAID Weathers for my modlist.

The info for the fog are a bit wrong.
"Near" is the distance from the camera where the fog start
"Far" is the distance where the fog end

The fog is stretched between those distance.
Is you set "near" to 0, the fog start where the camera is.
If you change "far" from 100000 to 50000, the fog will be twice MORE opaque because it will be less stretched.
For me it doesn't make sense to set the "near" (start distance) value to anything else but 0 because the fog is what simulate air and dust even in clear weather. It gives depth to the scene.
Bethesda used 0 in most weathers and in the "Update.esm" they put 0 everywhere but most weather mods set the start of the fog to 4000, 5000, 10000, etc.

"Max" is the max opacity (0 is invisible to 1 is opaque) of the fog at "far" distance.
Fog opacity at "near" distance is always 0, fog opacity at "far" distance is "Max" value

"power" is the power function (exponential) from zero to Max value.
If Max is 1 and you set a really low power value like 0.001 the fog will start being 1 opacity really near to the camera, if you set a high value like 10000 you will have almost no fog on a really long distance then a fog wall close to your "far" distance.

Thank you for documenting this. I am always very grateful to modders who take the time to document and to help others learn. Very much appreciated!

Even those of us who might not make our own weather mods can benefit. We can learn how to better troubleshoot weather issues. We can learn how the weather mods we use work and how we might tweak them to our liking without having to ask their authors to change anything. Such information is so helpful!

Documentation is a best practice and so in line with the community minded spirit of the Cathedral modding approach. I know unpaid modders don't owe anyone anything but I am always grateful to those who take the time to share knowledge.

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated this guide. It helped me in multiple ways with the creation and development of Wander - a Weather Mod. I'm now getting close to releasing it's final version (more or less) and I just wanted to say thanks for the helpful insight into Skyrim's weather, and for helping to expand my growth as a modder.

Many thanks for taking the time to prepare this guide for the community!

This occurs if your plugin contains Region, Worldspace, Cell, or Quest records. In your plugin, you should only have imagespaces, weathers, volumetric lighting, shader particle geometry, and lens flare. Sound might be okay to.
