To anyone that wants to truly fix the 2h Greatsword animation to look like it's supposed to this is what I did: Unzip the archive, copy the 1 handed animation to your desktop, rename them the 1h to 2h then paste them back into the the folder to overwrite the old files. Then re-zip the mod and install/FNIS as usual and your Greatsword blocking will look awesome and greataxe and warhammers will still block correctly.

Everything works fine for me, except the dual wield block. It doesn't look like that for me, no "X" pose. I use CGO which allows to block with dual wields, but then I install this mod and the animation doesn't change. Any ideas?
if it doesn't work with Joy of Perspective, you can try using Improved camera, since it doesn't requires patches, but it is still in beta, and not available on nexus.
It's more like real fencing. The blocking animations are great. But... great sword blocking - using the hilt too much, when using a great sword the blade is so long and more convenient. The bashing animations are too sudden and unnatural, that stabbing motion is clumsy. The one-handed blocking animations are just awesome.
Kinda late, but if you see this I figured out how to fix the greatsword animation, delete the 2hm_blockidle and the 2hm_blockanticipate. Worked for me and didn't mess up the battle axe/war hammer animations as far as im aware.
Is it safe to uninstall during playthrough? I have lust for this mod but you know I want to ask. Recently scripted mod have completely broken my game and I had to start one of my characters new game once again...
lol jeeze. a little harsh, a simple yes or no woulda done it for the guy, but you instead proceed to take up the "burden" by bashing him for not seeking it out himself. He obviously didnt know and asked the question to be informed. so many rude ppl. next time don't "burden" yourself and just dont awnser the question. someone who isnt so "burdened" would glady awnser it for him.
EDIT : Mea Culpa, dumb post. It was a skeleton related issue (triggered by this mod, but I have no idea how)

FNIS flags it as a Oldrim file "Not for SE". I have custom bash animations from oldrim working perfectly, so I don't understand. Please help :)
