Could use a WACCF and CCOR patch. Really simple stuff, I tweaked it myself.. notably it's speed and impact force values, as well as some object bounds that could be matched to WACCF. I think it was like 10 combined records? Either way should be simple to look at. If anyone else wants to do so you can just drag over the records in xedit. As it's only values, it shouldn't effect masters.
Thanks jazzahol, this fixed the problem of not being able to craft the glass, ebony, dragonbone and daedric bolts. I agree this mod should be included in the requirements.
I'm trying to craft dragonbone bolts and have almost finished every Ancient Technology quest, but still do not have the ability to make them, nor the ability to make any bolt added by this mod. Is there something im missing?
so, i have been playing this and was buying stuff from the fletcher, but i've learned that at higher levels he stops selling the new bolts, only selling dwarven and steel bolts, and the crossbows stop spawning in their inventory as well, any ideas of how to fix this or change this
Ok, why is there no ebony and elven in meshes - weapon, while in textures they are present? I noticed this recently in the AE version of the game and decided to find this mod on Nexus. I found it, downloaded your file and found this via MO2 (described above). Where are the ebonite and elf crossbow, folks?
Is there a way to make new bolts and arrows be affected by mods that increase arrow's flight speed? I'd love to use daedric bolt but with +75% speed installed it's slower than a dwarven bolt
do you have to progress Dawnguard to be able to craft the bolts? I am unable to craft them even if I level my smithing up to max, new char too so nothing to do with my save. I have Rare Curios installed as I'm able to craft Iron Bolts
Also, blacksmiths have a new line of text that's just "..." and if you select it, you get more dots followed by a message saying "LOOKUP FAILED!" Not sure if it's on my end or it's a bug, I don't have any dialogue mods that effect blacksmiths
I do have the Unofficial Creation Club patch for the Creation Club Crossbows, but I don't see how'd they conflict with this
If you use CCOR being able to craft such things without Dawnguard quests is a simple tick of a box in an MCM, and with Settings Loader's mod for it you won't even ever have to do it but once for a dozen playthroughs.
