If anyone would like to port this mod to xbox or ps4 please contact me before doing so, however, I'm opening up my mods to be ported to consoles as long as credit is given and you properly support the mod on that platform.
the stairs seem to give npc's problems. it is like they either are looking for the vanilla stairs which was facing the other way, or they get stuck under the stairs trying to get the base of the stairs.need some form of collision mesh under the stairs to make npcs go around the open space?
given the fact I haven't fixed this yet means im not sure how to fix it (im sure a solution exists). It's been a long time since I have messed with it but I don't have much time anymore to hit my head in the creation kit to figure it out.
I tried to fix this issue. it seems to be working now, but sometimes they get stop at the top of the stairs if they approach it from the side. That doesn't happen often though, and they usually figure it out or teleport away. (link removed, see below)
Mavek87, in MO2, right click the mod and say "open in explorer." Then you can drag and drop the fix into that folder. Alternatively, you can right click, select "create empty mod", then right click the new empty mod and open it in explorer and drag and drop the file into it. Does that help?
updated download link for my fix: https://file.io/ORrjz3USIP0Q btw, this still isn't perfect, but the npcs seem to get stuck way less often. I might mess around with it a bit more if I can find some time.
I also use that mod. I didn't edit a lot of the lower tavern, so anything that changes only the bottom should be fine, I just put the disclaimer in there just so people knew that compatibility with this mod and anything that overhauls the bannered mare is not guaranteed to work, friendlier taverns with baths and barns just adds a door to a bath in the lower level I believe.
Well fook......I used this well done mod in vanilla and NOW you've gone and ported it. Guess it must be fate. Thank you for sharing!
EDIT - OK, not sure what happened but when NMM unpacked the mod it was some Hearthfires Hjrem redux mod instead of anything to do with the Bannered Mare.
well, i fixed it, and you got a seek peek on an unfinished mod, oops XD sorry for the inconvenience and not noticing sooner, i kind of stopped modding SE until some creation kit issues got sorted and skse got released.
the shadows aren't extreme, but they are there, generally on high shadow settings Skyrim SE tends to defuse them to much as well, top that with no longer having a lighting mod or something similar that makes shadows more prominent, the vanilla lighting may just seam dull. which isnt something i can fix.

currently using it with "friendlier taverns with baths and barns"
