I know this is on a four year old mod, but does anyone know how to make these fixes?

I know this is on a one year old comment, but typically you could just use xEdit (e.g. SSEEdit) to make simple tweaks like this.

Thanks for making this mod. I just wish mods like this were not necessary. I wish the Unofficial Patch should stick to just bugs and leave changing Bethesda's ideas for the game to gameplay changing mods.

Yay the USSEP only allows the bandits to scream "I'm on fire!" while still swinging an axe at your head.

i already have the necromage mod that undoes the fix that the unnoficial patch did for necromage. i'm already a necromage vampire lord with augmented flames 1/2 and 2/2 then aspect of terror. will installing this mod this late still give me the maximum increase in fire damage?

What the vanilla perk does and what the fix from USSEP does?

This resets the changes USSEP does. The vannilla affected for example Augmented Flames (increased fire damage even more). USSEP removed that. So if you want to use this "bug" while using USSEP, you need a mod like this.

If you pick the "Intense Flames" perk (Fire damage causes targets to flee if their health is low) in the destruction tree, It adds a "fear" effect to your fire spells. And the "aspect of terror" perk in the illusion tree also affects the damage of fire spells, not just the "fear" effect.

Great! Destruction magic was pretty underwhelming in the first place.
