Just the mod I needed for Improved Closefaced helmets! It works like a charm!
I was wondering though, are the googles only avaible to the player or is there distribution to NPCs as well? If not, then do you know of a mod that can do that?
I know of one but it seems to only add them to non-hostiles, I'm looking for additional gear for bandits, Morag Tong, etc.

edit: nevermind this, i just made the goggles from wet and cold craftable using creation kit.
Are these? (Otherwise I'm not really clear on the mod's purpose.)
