I'm a big fan of the mod Cutting Room Floor, but not a huge fan of the changes made to the flesh Alteration spells.
This mod will restore the glowy effect of Alteration shield spells that were changed by the Cutting Room Floor mod. This change adds back the hit shader, ShieldSpellFXS.
Load under Cutting Room Floor.esp

If you're not seeing the effect, put this mod near the bottom of your load order.
Compatibility note:
If you are also using "Immersive Sounds - Compendium" you should load "Cutting Room Floor - Alteration Shield Spell Fix" after it. Thanks to @JCENT20XX for the heads up.
If you are only using "Immersive Sounds - Compendium", download the optional file instead of the main file.
