Edit: Just noticed she is there sometimes and sometimes (mostly) not. I assumed it was a day thing, as in the shops, but she is not there during the day either.

Reported bug. Black face NPC. While tracking this bug down there is also another (same one) in another mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2282/?) that adds an NPC.... and has the same bug. Tested other mods that add NPC, they look to be fine. If you need more help IDing it or if I can help let me know.
I personally like the idea. There are some with chests full of the stuff you'd need to make other things, but this is more compact and on the go like it should be. I for one will use this one.
