Open Documents/My Games/ Skyrim Anniversary Edition GOG and you should find all the .inis there. Open SkyrimPrefs or SkyrimCustom and enter the values you want manually.

What settings do I need to change to get the console command's input bar to vanilla. Currently when I'm opening it, it covers the whole screen which is bad because I'm using More Informative Console, so the information's getting blocked. Also, how to change the current 3rd person camera to the vanilla? Thanks.
I had some unfortunate data loss at the beginning of this year, and version 2.6.0 (which I had partially finished years ago) was permanently lost as a result. I know I've been on a super long hiatus from this project, and idk if/when I'm coming back to work on it; but yeah, I'm bummed that that work is lost now.

I would advise against changing SkyrimOptimized.ini, as any changes you make could get overwritten by an update. I would also advise against editing Skyrim.ini, as anything you put there can be overridden by mods. You should put all of your changes into SkyrimCustom.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini. Load order for .ini files: Skyrim.ini -> SkyrimOptimized.ini -> SkyrimCustom.ini. (Later files override earlier files.)
Interesting verbiage. But yes, if you want that alternative intro video, then you will have to make sure that you are not using the .ini tweak that disables the intro video. Nothing surprising there.
