This is an amazing house! I was skeptical at first about its location, but this contrast of cold and warmth is delightful. Moreover, survival mods are active. The lighting is good even without ENB. Optional, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The master bedroom and forge are coolly tucked away. I rushed from corner to corner like a fool, clicking and looking at everything! This rarely happens to me.
The only sneaky thing: if you hang clothes on a mannequin and exchange it for plants, the clothes will disappear. The survival backpack disappeared only visually (remained in the mannequin's inventory), and the magician's robe disappeared completely.
That sounds like it's a follower mod issue, are you managing outfits via the follower mod? I used to use AFT to manage my followers outfits, but I discovered that in some places the home outfits would be applied outside of the home, so I'd end up having followers fighting spawns without their armor on.. usually didn't end well for the followers...
I literally closed my game to come and write this post. I love the aesthetic of this home and a ton of features within, sheeeeeeesh. This home is in my top five favorites in Skyrim. The only thing I don't like is the location, but I realize why it was created. Just my personal preference, I would have loved this in the rift. Well done and thank you!
You might try using the Creation Kit to check the cell that the mannequins are in. If it's set to refresh the cell, the mannequins will unequip everything.
" If you're disturbed by a free house, just throw 30.000 gold in the sea."
Lol, I love this statement!
When you're spending hours upon hours downloading and checking homes to see if they're suitable, the most annoying thing is having to do some quest first, or go searching for a hidden key, or pay gold first.
Beautiful house, even if I did spend an embarassing amount of time looking for the forge and bedroom It's got the perfect amount of space for all my children and all my adult children to be all in one place rather than in 100 different houses across the province. I also really love how if you get tired of some things, you flip a switch and boom suddenly its a new room again. Perfect all round

The mod works completely.
Why do followers not change into home attire when entering. In this house they want to remain in standard clothing. How do I change that??
Thank You
I've tried several things to see if it is caused by a conflict with another mod, but nothing corrects this flaw.
But it is a nice home with lots of amenities. Quite worthy if not for this one item.
