- I asked Arthmoor about this and he quoted with this.
- "XLCN subrecords tell the game which location a cell belongs to, so if you leave them out then it isn't going to understand that the cell is part of the Whiterun area and it will likely break radiant quests and can also have a detrimental effect on civil war activity there as well."

Version 3.0
- Final version.
- Reverted the two XLCN Location's from version 2.0. Caretakers walked wrong paths.
- Now they are on the spot where they should be and later you can find them in the nearest Inn.
