It's already included in the files You can find it in /Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen/Presets/Esmeralda.jslot for RaceMenu or just the .NIF and .DDS files located in /Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen/Esmeralda.NIF/.DDS
As far as I know, nobody has tried to convert the outfit for SSE, surely because it is needed the creator's permission to upload it You could try using the original (made for Oldrim) and play with it, but it could break the game so it's better to wait for someone to convert it with the author's permission.
I highly doubt that outfit would ever see the light of day here on Nexus since it likely contains assets ported from other games, which would be a direct violation of various international intellectual property/copyright laws. Said outfit would have to be converted/ported, then uploaded onto a 3rd party website. Even then, there's always the possibility of a DMCA Take Down Notice/Cease & Desist order from the intellectual property rights/copyright holder(s) too.
Nice follower, but I'm at my follower limit. The outfit however, is close to something I have been looking for and will have to do my own personal port for it. I've been through their work and never seen that one, so this was a good find.
