For Skyrim <= 1.5.97 version is Address Library (SE) required.
For Skyrim >= 1.6.317 version is Address Library (AE) required.

No.  Looks like that mod effects NPC attributes.  This mod just unlocks NPC respawns in encounter zones, so they continue to level with the player rather than being frozen to the same level as when you first entered the encounter zone.

theicedevil so does that mean we don't need patches for new locations/worldspaces?

Yes.  This mod simply makes enemy encounter zones keep leveling with your character instead of locking the zone at the same level as when you first entered the zone.

Its an SKSE Plugin so it should *just* work, update Address Library if it isn't

If I'm using unleveled world this one becomes redundant?

I don't think they would be compatible. This mod makes dungeons you've done level with you rather than stay at the level when you loaded it in. Basically dungeons level with you.

Nowhere does this mod say it makes the game harder. It prevents encounter zones (i.e Dungeons) from getting locked to the level you were when you first entered. Please, for the love of god Stendarr, read descriptions.

You want to make the game harder ? Start by stopping to abuse of the crafting.

You want the game harder? Don't get your weapons to that amount of damage. That's just asking to have an easy game.

Bro, my dragonborn have a Mosin Nagant with 10k damage, your 452 damage ain't nothing to flex about lol. smdh.

Go download High Level Enemies Redux, Simply Balanced, and Dynamic Enhance Enemy Attribute. I hate the idea of gimping myself to make the game harder, so I use those mods to pumped up enemies stat to keep up with my B.S. play style. Having a 1,200 dmg greatsword isn't so overpowered when boss enemies are level 170 with HP around 35K to 50K, while dragons' HP are in the 100K and above range :^)

Open up the ini file and change "Scales the zone level relative to the player level" to 2.0 or higher. Instant increase in enemy level.

Hi, i'll try this. Now my dragonbone crossbow have 569 damage plus 100 fire + 100 shock without mods, just with smithing, enchanting and armor pieces to enhance both. Dragon priests cry like a baby.

Does this work when installed mid-playthrough, or does it require a new save?

omg i can't believe i never had this in my game. This makes so much more sense to come back to a dungeon and the dungeon continue to match to your level. It is more challenging and help with the longivity of the game and fun! Thank you so much for this gem! <3 And no plugin!! yay! Endorsed x1000000000000
