The texture is great. It do not contrast with background by its style. I found, that normal map is blank, but on your screenshots it seems not blank. If it is intended so, then you can shrink normal map to tiny size, like 128x128 or so, it should not affect its look.
The texture looks great, but not for a farm floor. I mean, it looks very "natural", when it should looks more "build" - the stones to have a more "hand-place" pattern. Your texture looks like a natural rock/stone, like a mountain or something. Should be looks like is been created by hands, stone-by-stone...
I dont think its to do with nexus, Downloading it to seperate HDs, Different web browsers, Tryed 7zip and winrar. Both same error. Its either the file is corrupted or nexus messed up the upload/downloading
The problem is it's a .rar file. Nexus and mod manager programs don't always work well with .rar files and many of us don't use them either because it has been .7zip with nexus for a very long time.
Your files are 85mb uncrompressed, this aint handy at all. Consider compressing the diffuse with dxt1 compression (will be 10.6mb) and the normal map in dxt5 (will be 20mb - if alpha has specular)
Also you probably need a specular map in your normal, otherwise it will look very glossy, unless the floor mesh specular is off by default.
