   What if I use some mod that alters some effects of the ingredients(like Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul)??Will there be any problem?

   just use ordinator a skill in it learns all effects of an ingriedient when u eat it

      Not everyone uses that mod, and I would say this mod is for immersion:
      
      It was pretty dumb of Bethesda that there are notes/dialogs that tell
      you what to mix to create, for example a health potion (Wheat, Blue Flower),
      without revealing the effect on those ingridients.

      I would happen to agree with both Da and Kryzaa here - Ordinator is awesome, but not everyone may want to use it (for their own reasons).
      
      This mod helps fill that gap.

   Ok, love the idea of this mod - the lists COST, and while in the long game, money is plentiful (unless you are running an economy mod...but that is a different topic) - in the early game, when trying to learn recipes, gold is in much shorter supply.

      Instead to enumerate all ingredients, the note could show just one of them.
      So you'll get it randomly
