honestly, even without custom textures, just seeing that i am considered "colovian" instead of simply just "imperial" makes me happy. and the fact they are different at all makes me happy. thank you for this.
Just wanted to say this did exactly what I needed it to do better than any of the other options I've tried (using the High Poly Head patch). Great mod, thanks so much.
Adding these to level npc lists would be epic. For those curious, this mod just creates new stats for new race NAMES for the player character, that have their own mesh/texture folders that YOU CAN personalize using other race/character meshes/textures. If you DONT personalize, they look like the vanilla race they are based on. (this sums up all the following posts)
Just started using this mod with a specific character preset with custom face texture, but I'm facing an issue. The problem is the preset and face texture mod I'm using requires High Poly Heads which I'm pretty sure I installed correctly, I just put the esm, BSA, and meshes folder from the loose files option, and everytime I try using the texture on the high poly head option and loading a save, even after looking through inventory the complexion kinda disappears. I have to reset it in racemenu to fix it but it's not a solution. I would really appreciate some advice on what I should do.
As with Custom Races LE, you drop in your own chosen set of body and face textures and meshes, and also the XPMSE skeleton (i.e. skeleton.nif, skeleton_female.nif).
They have vanilla textures by default, this can be used so that you can put your own textures into the folders so that they are distinct from the regular races. Other than that they look vanilla
Love this mod, though the orcs did not work for me, however I followed the instructions that another user posted on a different mod and got it to work

i had this problem.. try this it will only take 10 mins max but u need creation kit.
1) Open Creation Kit
2) Press 'Load Master/Plugin Files' which is just under the 'File' drop down menu and left to the 'Save' button.
3) Double click 'Skyrim.esm' and find your custom race or whatever downloaded race you want to modify. (Remember to ask for permission if you are using someone else's custom race) I'll use my custom race mod as an example. So for me, double click on 'neko.esp'.
DO NOT HIT OK YET!
4) While 'Nardia.esp' is highlighted, press 'Set as Active File' on the 'Data' window. It should change its statuf from 'Plugin File' to 'Active File' then press OK.
5) It will take some time for data to load and soon enough CK will present you with some random error message. Don't worry, CK always loves to make beep sound and some pop up windows.. Press 'Yes to all'.
6) Once everything is loaded, expand following directory under 'Object Window'.
Miscellaneous -> FormList
7) In 'FormList', search for 'HeadPartsAllRacesMinusBeast' and double click it. It should bring a small window. DO NOT CLOSE IT! Leave it on!
8 ) Now, expand 'Character' and press 'Race'. Search your custom race or type its Editor ID in the 'Filter' textbox.
9) Drag your Race and drop it into the little 'FormList' window which we opened in step 7.
10) Press 'OK' and 'Save' your work. It should save to your custom race's '.esp' file.
Now you should be able to choose whatever hair, eye color you desire! The Eye Brow type even appeared from no-where too!
Well, that is it! Enjoy!
