    Is there a way to make them NOT transparent? As in, keep the moons solid, but lose the moon shadow?

      Sorry for necro-answering.
      I tried, but couldn't do it. Morrowind had different moonshadow textures for each phase of the moons. Skyrim has a single moonshadow texture (a full disc). I didn't manage to find where I could change that.

      That's pretty much how moons work on Nirn though. Just look at what a horse can do on Nirn, you think our physics and logic matter there?

      I tried to outline the lore in my description, but, in the end, Morrowind lore is pretty crazy. That's why I like it.
