You are from God. I can't use this because I have Opening Scene Overhaul. Consider making a patch for that mod whenever you feel like it. This mod is still wildly underrated. God bless.
Not sure if this mod was the issue, but it kept making my character move in strange directions instead of towards the chopping block. Disabling it (along with Bound hands - Helgen attack DAR animations), solved the problem.
the main file seemed to work well but then i switched to the other one for "full" abilities and it seems to heavily conflict with... survival mode? if i keep survival mode off, everything's fine. if i turn survival mode on, my... arms disappear and i can't move? very odd
