Green Briar Manor is a modest house mod with a crafting area under the balcony and enchanting, cooking, and alchemy labs inside the house. The sundial tells the approximate time. It has a few storage containers and is located outside Rorikstead, see map. You may live there, craft there, or just harvest what you need for alchemy experiments and move on.

Included in Version 1.0:

A house with three beds, fully navmeshed for followers
A large area with potted alchemy plants, retextured trees, and other plants.
A few animals, & three re-textured horses. I suggest using a horse control mod, just because its a good way of keeping track of your horse.
Crafting, alchemy, & enchanting.
Followers will not live here unless you have a mod that allows for followers to move to custom houses.
