Doesn't look like this thread has been active in a long time. I just wanted to bring up an issue with the tub. I've used this mod for years and have never been able to use the tub. I use Realistic Water II version 5.5. This mod works for all of your other hold capital home mods, but it doesn't for this one. I use keep it clean and it doesn't detect water. I also don't see water in the tub either. I tried to transfer water from your other mods using Jaxson Positioner, but nothing seems to work. Is it too late to request a patch for this?
I picked this out as my favorite, seemingly underrated Breezehome mod but wasn't able to leave it in my load order because its not compatible with Lux. Sharing this because I'd love to use your work but I need a Lux patch to be able to enjoy it!
It's unfortunately incompatible with most lighting mods, there's a Lux patch in the Lux unofficial patches fomod, but that actually makes it look worse than it does without a patch.
Is there anyway to delete/remove the invisible activation markers for the bookcase? I can get rid of the physical bookcase just fine with "disable" but not the marker.
Started a new load order, didn't add any mods for player homes this time. Then I went into Breezehome and was reminded of how inferior vanilla Breezehome was. Came back here again to reinstall the Breezehome I know and love. Seriously, your player homes strike the best balance between improvement and immersion. No ridiculous amounts of static clutter, no unnecessary architectural changes that look ridiculous, and no performance issues. I just can't unsee Breezehome without the indoor balcony to jump off from any more.
I would like to give my thanks for this mod. It is exactly what I was looking for. There are many good things there but I have to admit my favorite is that I am not roasted alive when I come tired home from dungeon delving. Thank you so much.
I love the look but am getting floating statics all over the place. It's at the bottom of my load order so... not sure what to do about it. I am using Distinct Interiors (with the Cleaned Plugin) so... maybe that's an issue?
Thanks for the great lore friendly simple Breezehome and the hard work that went into it. It is as Breezehome should be; not too much, not too little...just perfect.
So, purchasing the home and doing no upgrades except adding kids room, I have two beds in the master bedroom, yours and the old bed. I have to use console commands to get rid of it. I have no other mod that does anything to Breezehome.
You have to have some other mod conflicting. Do you use any mods (sleeping or...adult-type) that affect the beds? You could try moving this mod to the bottom of your load order and see if that fixes it.
I have the same problem, the only mods I use that affect beds are snazzy clutter, and it changes the cover of your bed but doesn't touch the old fur bed. How do I remove the old bed using console commands? It takes up too much room (although it gives a follower other than Lydia a place to sleep).
In my opinion this is the best Breezehome for Skyrim; extremely lore friendly with a more open and relaxed interior that I instantly fell in love with. Also the little detail of having that blacksmithing chest right next to the forge area is another addition I can't see myself playing without. Thank you for making such a wonderful addition to the Skyrim modding community!
I agree. Nothing against this mod at all (Honeyside mod is a staple in my load order), but here's why I just never buy the house in Whiterun:
Vlindrel Hall:Placed away from the riff-raff - check Hjerim: Placed away from the riff raff - check Proudspire Manor: Placed away from the riff raff - check Honeyside: Placed away from the travel path of the riff-raff - semi-check.Although next to the roach motel, you are compensated with external access so you don't have to go through the front games and have direct access to and a stunning view of the lake from your back porch.Double check
Now Whiterun: Placed smack dab in the middle of the business district, sandwiched between a crazy woman's home, the blacksmith shop, the fletcher and the general store. My guess is the previous owner was a cobbler, or repaired wagon wheels for the stables...... They couldn't be more insulting if they made the thane home in the guard hut next to the gate.

If you want to post your mod list, I can try to take a stab at figuring out which one is conflicting and causing the problem.
