Definitely my favorite follower. She is: interresting, funny, crazy and mature at same time, know well the elder scrolls world, powerfull mage, beautiful, really nice voice acting, not annoying, can configure her interactions frequency by chatting with here. She's perfecltly matching with skyrim !
hey man I know this is a silly question but, so the mod author is currently working on another mod that potentially opens up the option for marriage with her? Current meaning 4/10/2024? Or has the mod already been released
Does anyone know the right console commands to reset various stages of her romance quest? I think I made a wrong choice at some point and don't want to have to start a new game just to try again.
Update: I seem to have figured it out. To see if you're in the friendzone with Caesia, open the console and click on her, then type GetInFaction xx002998 where xx represents the indexing of the Caesia plugin in your load order. If it returns 1.00, that means you're in the friendzone. Then you just to removefac xx002998, and you should be good to go. This seemed to work for me for getting out of the friendzone.
Can anyone help me? Caesia in my game has a different skin tone for her body. Her face has her original skin tone. When I try to look in to the files I notice the she has no body folder on texture or meshes folder. Anyone know how to fix this? it is not grey face bug, I think its on the bodyslide or body texture that I use. But I dont know how to correct it. Thank you kind sirs!
I had this problem, in my case I am using Bijin skin. I fixed it by copying all femalehead.dds files from Data\textures\Actors\Character\Bijin NPCs and paste it to Data\textures\Actors\Caesia overwriting all files.
Impressive mod and one of the better voice acted companions but having the skyrim version of an annoying twitter activist following me around lasted all of a couple of hours before I uninstalled for good. Not for me but worth a try to see if its for you.
I recommend asking her to talk a lot less often, which she's content to do. She's intense, which comes across in (eventually) endearing devotion to the player but also in sometimes arrogant opinions. And the mod's default is to have her commenting very often, which also just gets too repetitive. I really like the voice actor's work on Caesia, however. Her personality has pizazz and gusto, thanks to the voice.
PSA: You can ESL flag this ESP to save space in your load order, using this xEdit script, "ESPFE Follower" by running the script on the ESP, then generating a SEQ file (right click ESP, "Other" and Generate SEQ).
Works perfectly for me so far. The mod is well under the 2048 record limit for ESL.
I'm a little confused about something. If she's from the Aldmeri Dominion why is she not an elf? Is there something in her backstory that explains this and I just missed it?
I have mixed feelings. I like her voice and some of her personality but she’s also really cagey. Any attempt to ask her anything makes her mad and she constantly makes quips even while I’m talking to someone else. Her magic also seems too strong. I can barely kill enemies fast enough sometimes to enjoy the Precision mod.
Lastly, I can’t get her to leave. I tried twice to dismiss her and she stayed with me but somehow dismissed Lydia. It might be a conflict with AFT, although I’ve set them up like recommended in the description. My fix for now is telling her to wait in my player home so she won’t follow me.
A bit late of a message but I'd highly recommend Nether Follower Framework over AFT, for me at least AFT would always break mid playthrough and some followers would never leave etc.
I too have found her magic overly strong, her personality intense, and her dismissal difficult. But I too was using AFT. In my new playthrough, I'm using NFF, and I think that will help. It's easy to 'nerf' her considerable magicka with NFF, and other aspects too I think. Dismissing may have been an AFT problem rather than a Caesia problem (though she was also really upset--understandably--about me wanting to dismiss her). But her over-power was the main reason I wanted to dismiss her anyway. Her personality can be hard to take at times, but can also be really disarming and endearing. I recommend asking her to talk a lot less--which she's content to do--because the default setting is too repetitive.

Copy the Bijin Skin femalehead.dds and place it in Caesia's folder fixed her being too dark.
