   A thalmor start with the option to be a justicar (robes and mage setup) or soldier(elven armor and sword) would be amazing

   Hi, sorry I really don't understand what you mean by this "You need use a custom save game to get it properly working."
   I installed then started new game and I get the vanilla start.

      Thats exactly what means, download mod and the use save file provided, to allow load alternative start.

   Hey I got everything to work with loading the .ess file in the folder. Only problem is, the character creation works with the name Dovakhiin, but when I use a custom name (as I'd like to name my character haha) the hud goes away and I have to press R again to finish and only with Dovakhiin it works :( any solution? Love to play this
   
   Edit : ah s#*! nevermind, I tried without the ' on a letter and that worked! (rip that fadda)

      You need to use the mod and a custom save file that allow to trigger the alternative start.

    Oh a Sould Cairn start would be really cool if you're looking to add new starts. Can't wait to see what you do with the Sovngarde start. Nice work!
