I really enjoy the look of it, great blend of Skyrim and "realistic" look, maybe the best I've seen!
My only problem with this is that it's too powerful to use for a long time since I am only starting my playthrough Would it be too demanding to ask for a Skyforge Steel/Elven level version to use earlier in the game?
This is really easy to do yourself. You need SSEEdit, of course, and I know that's scary, but there really is not much to it.
Open SSEEdit, right click into the list of ESPs (your load order), click "Select None", then find the Break of Dawn.esp and only select that box. Click OK, wait for it to load. Then, expand the Break of Dawn.esp by clicking the +, then expand the Weapons tab and look for the damage value (pretty much at the bottom). This shows the BASE damage without any skill or tempering improvements. Double click on the number and say "Yes, I'm absolutely sure" when the popup asks you if you know what you're doing. Set the damage value to whatever you want and close SSEEdit by clicking x. Say OK when it asks you to save the changes you made and create a backup (there is no other "save" option, you have to close the program and let it prompt you about saving).
You can find a list of all weapons with stats here, so you can adjust the value to anything you feel comfortable with. Later in the game, as you level up, you can keep tweaking the value for as long as you want to keep the weapon.
