Stunning texture work and the tastiest-looking pie yet, in my opinion! I prefer this to the fine-looking pies from 'Boiled Creme Treat Sweet Roll and Pies' and 'High Quality Food and Ingredients SE'. Great work.
Something that I think would be really cool would be if there was a mod that used different food textures in different regions of Skyrim. As it stands, whether we use vanilla or modded textures, the same pie is seen across the whole game. So if there was a mod that placed this pie in some towns and the other two aforementioned pie textures in other towns then that'd be great to see.
I still think Pandora's texture work is vastly superior to mine, especially his/her normal maps, I just faniced giving it a try myself - I did a sweetroll texture too but it was so bad compared to his/hers I'm too embarrassed to upload it :p
As for your mod idea I'd be happy if anyone wanted to use my work to improve the variety of clutter a la "monster mod" - I'd try it myself but I'm not very good with the CK and don't want to risk messing up anyone else's game >_<
Yep, Pandora's sweetrolls are a work of art. Ditto the pie but my personal preference is for your pie design/texture. It's great from a gamers' perspective to have the choice.
Thanks. I suppose it just kind of surprises me that with all the great imaginative mods available for so many aspects of the game that there's not yet one that does the thing I mentioned, i.e. different food textures in different regions of the game world. We see such a thing in the real world so seeing it replicated in Skyrim would add yet another subtle sense of immersion to the game. If I knew the first thing about modding then I'd try making such a mod myself but alas I don't.
