I was only going to make a simple little hideout to start off my new thief character, ended up doing a bit more as usual.
A simple player home with plenty of storage - no scripted containers since I'm a peasant like that.
Features

Plenty of safe storage containers.
Soul Gem jar that refills every couple of days - not to be confused with the actual soul gem container!
Salted Butter Churn that refills every couple days - no more hunting for salt!
Enchanting Station.
Alchemy Station.
Cooking station.
A door that leads to the Ragged Flagon
Can be fast traveled from!
No spouse or adoption support!

Riften , Mistveil Keep
The nook behind the guards training area, the key needed to access the door is located on top one of the barrels outside.
