Is this compatible with GoT HotD - Diverse Dragons (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/83718?tab=description)? I am using its option B using Dragon War - A Dragon Overhaul
Yes, all this does is retexture the vanilla dragon meshes. As long as those mods allow vanilla dragons in the game they will have this retexture. If only GoT dragons show up in your game this mod won't do anything, it doesn't retexture GoT dragons.
It uses more vram because it's bc7 compression, but it's highly unlikely to cause any issues, it's just a couple 4K textures stretched over a single dragon mesh.
This mod is just beautiful! great work! Your Alduin is by far my favorite on the nexus, his eyes especially. Just the right amount of aetherius in him without it looking too demonic. Any chance you could do a standalone file for him, for those of us who like to mix and match dragon textures?
I use maximum carnage, it's a mod that adds dismemberment. When I kill dragons, that mod can cause dragons to break their jaw. During these instances, I get purple textures. I'm guessing there is a conflict with this retexture mod..? Please correct me, if so, is a patch needed?
It's not a patch for USSEP, it's a patch for a mod that edits something USSEP changes. If you have the mod that's linked, installed, you can install the patch for it. Otherwise don't use it.
This patch is for use with USSEP Frost and Fire Dragon Correction, correct? Maybe the description in the fomod should be more clear, it's easy to mistake this for a patch needed for USSEP in general
I saw you corrected the aspect ratio for Alduin and soul gem Durnehviir in update 1.2, but you missed the dragon bones texture which should also be 1:1 ratio. Really cool retex btw!
