If she does not show you the "Follow me" option, try doing this:

- Add her to the follower/marriagable faction by this command:

(Select Natasha) addtofaction 5c84d 1
(Keep Natasha Selected) addtofaction 19809 1

- Put her relationship as "Lover" or "Ally" by this command:

(Select Natasha) setrelationshiprank player 4
