Guardians' Overlook is a rustic cabin overlooking the Guardian Stones with a basement treasure hall. The upstairs is loaded with crafting, storage, and some display areas, while the downstairs (load door entry) has display space for every item in the game and room for your NPCs to guard your treasure.

Spells, Gear, Perk improvements, and area improvements to make playing as a Destruction Mage (or any character) a bit more hassle-free. Includes Bound Pickaxe, Bound Chest, Destruction Damage gloves, Facechanging spell, Riverwood Smelter, and a quick entrance to the Ragged Flagon (and more).

Script and meshes to support a single object working bookshelf. No more fiddling with complicated book markers, click triggers, etc. (Does not work with other bookshelf mods)

Build out a fully customized Breezehome. Keep it simple with just an Alchemy Nook, or build out every crafting station in the game. Complete with display cases for every artifact in the game, plus loads of armor stands, weapon racks, and containers to display your food, drinks, soul gems, potions, and loads of other goodies.

The Imperial Haven is a hidden bunker, accessible by teleport from anywhere, designed for craftsmen, mages, and quartermasters to store, repair, and forge gear.
