just spent all day trying to find this, my favorite of all my elder scrolls career homes. Modding up my Xbox one version, cant find this available there, any chance you would submit it to bethesnet for us console noobs?
I had just found this and thought it looked perfect for my Nord Ranger. Too bad it's no longer supported, but I thought I'd try it out anyway. I downloaded the most current version, 1.33, and found that there were a few things missing when compared to the screenshots on the Images page. First, I had to clean with TESVEdit after LOOT marked it dirty and with a missing navmesh. Then I had noticed that when I found the hot springs cave, it was missing the ladder and the platform with the beds that were shown in the screenshots. I also realized that there was no other passage, ladder, entry, etc, anywhere around, inside or outside, the cabin to get to the crafting area shown in the screenshots. I didn't explore much further when I decided to try version 1.32 and the ladder and platform were still missing. I then went down to version 1.31 and everything shown in the screenshots was where they were supposed to be, including a wood chopping block on the side of the cabin and a ladder behind the cabin up against the side of the cliff that I didn't see in versions 1.32 or 1.33. I did have to clean 1.31 in TESVEdit also.
A little warning if someone plans on trying this player home out like I did, be very careful if you're going to go on the platform/eagles nest above the crafting area. There are no railings and when I reached the top and stopped, I almost slid sideways off of the platform on to the rocks below. Not a fun way to die.
I guess there is also supposed to be a quest for a key, I had assumed that it would have started after reading the journal, but nothing showed up in my quest journal. From the clue in the screenshots it's supposed to be somewhere near Roriksted, but I didn't bother with going there and just got the key via console by typing: help "ranger ridge", although it was suggested by the modder on the description page that you can just use the unlock command in the console too, but I like having keys.
I do like this house and so far I haven't had any problems with it, but I haven't brought my followers in yet so I'm not sure if they would sandbox normally inside the cabin or the hot springs cave yet with not knowing what part of the mod the navmesh is missing from. According to LOOT there is a navmesh missing, and even after cleaning it TESVEdit says it cannot fix a deleted navmesh, I have not had any CTD's so far and my game is fairly mod heavy. I also have not tried any of the storage containers yet.
I tried this mod just to see the house for myself, and the videos don't lie, it's amazing! I especially loved the hot springs area, the view from above, and the story.
But - it's old, broken, and apparently not supported any more. I had to use TESVEdit to clean it to get it to work. That may not have fixed everything, but it helped a lot. CTD all the time and can never complete the quest as there is a marker that floats in the middle of no where but now werewolf tried 4 times deleted mod, too bad could have been kewl,
Had this mod installed for a while now but never read any comments beforehand, it seems to have a lot of critisism but i habe done several playthroughs with several different mod setups and never encountered a problem with this, its not the perfect layout for me but it is very good, that is only my opinion not a critisism but fits nicely with my type of character, thanks for the cool house!

i thought the picture of the "location" was the location of the house... i died... re-read description on here, now i feel foolish.
i advise those that download to read the location section in the description and dont look for the house where the image location is...
