This mod is just texture replacers, so it's compatible with all DLCs. However, it was made before the DLCs came out and so it only covers the vanilla Skyrim dragons: Basic, Blood, Frost, Elder, Ancient.
Wow Seph, these are the best dragon retextures on the nexus and they're hidden over here in this little corner where nobody looks. The sinister blood dragon is far and above my favorite of all, but while perusing various retex mods, I found that many of them fix an issue with the fins/membrane areas: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1421/? Can this be incorporated for Sini? EDIT: Actually, I've seen some mods remove the membranes altogether... that might be worth experimenting with to add extra sinisterness.
As for the membranes issue, I haven't been able to even PLAY let alone mod, my computer has been having some troubles lately (it's a five year old notebook) and doesn't seem to want to run Skyrim at all anymore. As far as I know though, the fin issue has to do with the model, didn't it?
Oh, that's sad to hear. I was wondering where ol' Seph went! Playing Skyrim on PS3 was so bad that I finally bit the bullet and built a proper gaming machine. May the divines bless you with better hardware.
As far as the membrane issue, that other mod says it has to do with the alpha channel, but I don't really know what that is or how to go about fixing it. That's outta my realm of expertise. Oh well, I'll either live with it or learn how to fix it one day.
I'm getting ready to start a bigger project than just Dragons, but I'm starting with them in the new project since I have a new rig now. I also have some good software to work with so they should end up better. I looked into the membrane issue and I'm going to crack up the texture the guy made to fix it and see exactly what he did so I can replicate it in the new one. I can message you when the new project's first file is up for download.

back in the day. I still have it and it works in Skyrim SSE. Mostly just curious.
