Didn't skjor have wolf blood in him? and didn't the Companion story line say that who ever has the blood of a wolf can't enter sovngarde? hard to miss... there was a pretty specific mission for the old harbinger saying people that have the curse can't enter.... and you end up helping the harbinger relieve him of his werewolf blood curse when he was a spirit. Only then was he able to enter Sovngarde.
From my experience with the setscale command, things tend to act realy realy weird when made bigger. I tried with dragons a few times cuz i wanted to see how it would be to fight a enormous dragon and he would eihter fly so fast across the whole world that it would be impossible to fight him or he would hover in one place and be completly stuck and i tried with making him slightly smaller to see if it would fix it and then he would notice me but when he tried to breath fire, nothing was coming out of his mouth. I've also seen a video from someone who had increased the size of a mammoth to something ridiculously big and the mammoth's walking animation became just weird.
I don't think the world of Skyrim was designed to house such enormous creatures and making them that big usualy tends to simply break it . I guess the only way to make a real, nice and working version of a Gargantuan creature would be to realy create one from Scratch. Create the model yourself, rig it yourself , then animate it yourself to make it realy look like it's supposed to be that big by adjusting his speed accordingly and making the ground shake when he's near you. Also such a giant should be able to one shot kill you regardless of your lvl, i mean you're nothing more than an insect to him and anything you do to him should be nothing more than a bug bite. Even dragons are just little lizards with wings to such a big giant and one swing of his club should send any dragon back to it's grave.
The way i see it is, you are to this giant , what an Ant is to you.
I might download this mod eventualy if it evolves but not as is . Sorry...
