Holy sweet balls, this is actually a house in a tree! I just pissed myself laughing after staring at the pics trying to figure out how this would work, and realized that activating the ladder probably takes you into the house. Am I right?
Love the bunk beds - those and general layout of the interior really add to a sense of immersion. Sadly, the crafting stations on the balcony ruin that sense of immersion for me. All in all, nice job!
No interior imagery uploaded means a definite non-starter for me....
....as well, you might think about working this out in a themed fashion, combination of interior and exterior, or all exterior to make it a real "tree-house."
