NeithanDiniem - did you make sure to talk to Proventus in the throne room or by the war map? For some reason he only has the decorate dialogue options when he's in the dragonreach throne room cell.

    ***** Update*****

So I ran a test with a different save and it turns out that if you buy up everything else the "enchanting laboratory" option will disappear after you buy the 5th item. I've been trying in vain to alter the conditions to remedy this but if anyone is skilled in Quest/Dialogue variable alteration I'm all ears to how I can get this working.

I went to Proventus to buy the new upgrade you added here, after i had completely maxed the house out, and he wont allow me to buy any more upgrades. Is it already purchased then, or is the "buy more upgrades" dialog locked now so I cant buy your upgrade?

As for the ETA on the basement that might be a few days as I have to balance work and dev time lol. I'll keep everyone posted.

    To respond to your questions:

Qwert1144 -- Did you scroll down when you talked to Proventus? The enchanting table option is at the very bottom. Also you have to catch him when he's in the thrown room or at the map table. For some reason he won't do decorations when he's on the grand porch... but that's a skyrim issue and unrelated to this mod.

Moisan4 -- I tried like crazy to fix that top stair, spent about an hour playing around with ladder placement and nav meshes but if it helped it only did so marginally. It's just an issue with the collision objects of the ladder meeting the second floor. Not much that can be done there. As for the spouse issue. That should be fine. Breezehome is a spouse home already so there should not be any issue. Both my follower and my spouse roam around fine inside.Occasionally they won't follow me into the house and I have to go out and then come back in but that seems to be a skyrim glitch vs one related to this mod.As for the lighting. are you refering to the striping caused by the fireplace light?I'll look into that.

Phaota -- I'm using the "realistic lighting" mod so that's why everything looks dark. I'll upload some new photos with better lighting. As for mannequins in the basement... Possibly but it's going to be a fairly small basement and there might not be a lot of room. Also mannequins are really buggy even when developing within CK and I haven't found a good solution for them yet so they are last on my list.

Hope that helps answer your questions.

Also I did find 2 known bugs that I will be fixing in the next versions:

    1) Lydia still manages to get back into your bedroom again (this time sitting in the other chair) I plan on moving that chair or adjusting the navmesh so they can't sit in it.

    2) the original plaque on the wall jumps placement sometimes. Not sure why but I'm going to try a few things to fix it so that doesn't happen.

-- Added the ability to add an enchanting table next to the alchemy table via Proventus the Jarl of whiterun's Steward as a part of the decorating process.

    why it doesn't work?

If you fix the top stair to the upper floor I would be forever gratefull. Also if spouses can enter, and you fixed the Brezehome lighting issue as well, this is an all in one mod for the only home I use. Great mod. Thank you. Purchasing the enchanting table is a great touch too.

I really like what you have done via the photos, though the lighting needs to be upped a notch. The image location are a bit too dark. I'll track your mod for now since I'm very interested in the upgrade with a basement so I can add in lots of mannequins for all the different sets of armors available. Make it sort of like a museum.
