   well no if you used the tuturional bethesda got out the space which you build ur home in is a public area. Somewehre in the edit section of the space thingi u can uncheck it. then ur follower will enter your home

   The followers don't enter because Bethesda messed the Navmesh up in the CK, they should patch it soon though.
