   Activated this mod and loaded my game, last I saved I was standing, err, rather, floading in a field near Whiterun while in Vampire Lord form, it loads and i'm in the Sleeping Gaint inn and I CANNOT go Outdoors, it won't let me

   Mhm, dont know, why it doesnt exist with the modManager...i Uploaded it correctly i think. But thanks!!
   
   EDIT: Just tested it from my PC...It works with NNM to, dont know, why it doesnt work with you.

   Just had to download it manually as according to NMM it does not exist!! Works well though!

    It just changes one Entry in the World Data, there couldnt anything be broken
