Now I look like a Power Ranger! Seriously tho it's a cool mod. Although the helmet does look like the default open version when we look it from menu or as a loot from the ground. But those are just minor issues.
Someone could easily do this with just nifskope and the Ck, but like that mod it wouldn't look too good on beast races. Perms are open on this mod, so anyone is free to do that and publish.
This one appears to cover the eyes with a Malachite visor.
I personally don't like the look too much. Mostly due to my doubts on how good Malachite would be as a material for a visor, as it's never been shown to be transparent enough for such a use and is mostly known for being opaque. Though I'd imagine it'd look much better with a mod that makes glass transparent/translucent.
I have the oldrin meshes available in the sse version, but i'm not in a rush to backport it. Perms are open for anyone to backport it. I don't even care if they make dp points off of the backport.

Went with "does it look cool and allow me to hide the head" over lore and practicality.
edit: I used the sole of the glass boots for the visor, so i have no idea if the transparent/translucent mods touch it.
