Finally, the arrogant Nazeem and his wife Ahlam have a place to call home. They even have a Nord orphan boy Norrin the Quiet to serve them.
At the moment, Wintersand Manor is not the richest house in Whiterun, but I will work on that.
    Sincerely,
    Alder Dean

Nice work, and I'm not dissing you on this, but Wintersand Manor is also re-added to the game by 'Cutting Room Floor'.
One of the issues you could try to correct is the incompatibility this change-of-abode brings to 'Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul', since IC's quest-proxy AI schedule & routines given to Nazeem & Ahlam will *still* have them trying to sleep in the Drunken Huntsman.

Thanks for the clue. I've never tried 'Cutting Room Floor' before, but now I ought to look at it.
I will also look into ICAIO routines for the matter.

Cutting Room Floor put it outside Whiterun's walls and near Chillfurrow Farm. This mod for SSE by @xxGhostcrafter5622 (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/38982) put it inside Whiterun but made Nazeem rich (for example gold bars on the desks and guards with steel plate armors).

Where exactly is the manor? I have looked all around the Bannered Mare and I can't find it. Is it inside the actual city near the the wall with a Guard Barracks close to the Bannered Mare or is it outside near Chillfurrow Farm?

Do you get to my house very often. Oh what am I saying, of course you don't.
Oh, it took years, but finally I earned my own house in Whiterun.
I actually advise Alderdean when he designed my house. My input is invaluable, of course. But this is all probably a bit over your head.

I already did... I knicked his Missus, and she now works and sleeps at the Drunken Dragon. hahahahaha

That being the case though I can't have this mod on, but no doubt I'll start another game and run 'Wintersand Manor' then, perhaps I'll even knick her from him then too.

This sounds like it's located right where the Bathhouse that is added by Northern Bathhouses. If so this incompatible, even if just you'll get 2 buildings meshed into eachother, instead of crashes or other bugs.

You are correct. That was the only more or less suitable place in Whiterun for the Manor. In general, Whiterun is probabbly the most modded places, no wonder so many mods clash about it. Actually, I am thinking of moving Wintersand Manor out of Whiterun. Closer to Chillfurrow farm mayby? Or do you think there is a another roome for it within Whiterun walls? Any advice would be of help.

Really wish it were possible to endorse this without having to actually download it, since I don't really want it but it's still something skyrim kind of needed from to beginning. If he's going to be an elitist jerk, he at least needs a reason to be.

Good idea to make a home for Nazeem & Ahlam but,in my game that also added another Ahlam & Nazeem to my game as well.
Maybe, you could just put the house in Whiterun and not duplicate the characters?
If so,I think it would be a good mod.........................

Thanks for reporting the doubled Nazeem and Ahlam.
Actually, I thought I had cut thier initial reference point, so that they only spawn in Winterstand Manor at the begining of the game.
I will look into it and come back to you and the community with a fix, if any.
      P.S.
I think I've managed to get rid of the extra references, so there should not be any more Nazeem twin brothers (however, even one Nazeem is one too many sometimes).
Please re-download and replace the previous file.
Not sure if it is OK for saved games or mid-game installation/removal. Any clues on the matter would be appreciated.

      Hopefully. Thanks for the reply.
Could you please keep testing the mod? It seems like AI Packages of Nazeem and Norrin do not operate as intended: they get stuck in one package all day and then go to sleep.
