Hmmm okay. Deactivating Camp Sites fixed the clipping issues, of course, but the invisible houses in Waterfall Home are still invisible. Curiously, Ocean View works fine now, but both Dock Side buildings are invisible.

I don't expect any more support for a seemingly dead mod, but in case you ever get around to fixing the invisible house thing or have a tip what I might do myself about it, I'll be sure to come back, download, endorse, and enjoy. My favorites of the sites on first sight were Water View, Pine View, and of course Waterfall Home for the detail and content you put into it. I don't like the other two so much (but they're still great! ), probably because the whole coastal/seaman theme isn't so much my thing.

Yeah call this one a dead mod. I couldnt get help with the quests and there was no interest in what was done really so I chose to stop working on it. Shame was allot of detail added and couldve been far better without the Bethesda provided bugs of dissapearing buildings.

Camp sites does use several of the same locations, but is the more complete mod. Disable this and run that one.

Shame you haven't gotten any response for your latest updates up to half a year ago. Downloading now, so this might change. I trust this mod is as aesthetically beautiful as Camps in Skyrim (you do have an eye for the greatest locations), and I really hope I won't run into any issues regarding navmesh or CTDs. Will let you know if I do.

On a side note and to be honest, I'm glad you don't seem to have come around to including dungeons in this mod because in my opinion something like that should be modular or even an extra mod since player homes and dungeon crawls don't really have anything to do with each other. Also, since I've had bad experiences with mods that change Skyrim on a global scale, I am reluctant to install any of those (making an exception for this one, though). So if you have any plans creating dungeons, I kindly suggest you do them separately. Keep up the good work, love your immersion/environment/house mods.

Edit: Lol, there's a conflict with your own mod. The Camp Site next to the Guardian Stones is at the exact location of Water View. I'll check out the other houses and then decide which of the mods to keep.

Edit 2: Pine View is great. No issues there. I consoled my way in though instead of finding the key, since I'm only testing.

Edit 3: In Waterfall Home, the guard house and the miners' quarters are invisible. Also, the Camp Site is clipping through the actual player home. I'll see if there's a difference if I deactivate camps. First for the remaining two locations, though.

Edit 4: No issues with Dock Side. The camp site in the same or next cell is directly in front of it, but it doesn't destroy the picture. I love how you turned the images of the loading screen into statues. However, I find that home a little over the top, namely the armory/display mannequin section.

Edit 5: Ocean View is invisible as well. Also, one of the chicks inside was naked. Not that I'd complain about that, though.

I'll now deactivate Camp Sites and try to fix my load order (forgot to do that before), and although that almost certainly won't fix the invisible houses problem, I really hope it will. If so, I'll keep this one instead of the Camps since I use houses more than campsites. Unless (which I don't expect) you want to make your two great mods compatible and move the two clipping camps.

V3 is up, Never got around to making the village, not sure If i will. i did fix the mannequins and bookshelves, though after uploading spotted some shelves slightly embedded in a wall. Its no fun moving bookshelves lol. Anyway i will upload a patch containing only the esp, you wont need to remove anything to use it, just drop it into the data folder and play.

If you had one of the older versions you will need to empty the houses of whatever you want to keep, then delete jetshouse.esp. i renamed it to waterfallhome.esp or something like that so its easier to track what mod it is.

Let me know if the stable guy wont sell you a horse or doesn't have a voice. and any other problems you spot.

working on V3. just added a hostler to sell a horse. finally figured out why buildings disappear so fixed that. Might add a small village or 2 to the Ocean View and DockSide homes yet. Not sure if anyone would want that so I am not sure if its even worth working on.

patch 1.5 causes a CTD with house mods just so everyone knows. It happens when you are exiting an interior where there is a modded house. be sure to save before exiting near and mod houses lol.

Sorry no recent updates. I have been busy with assisting other people on there mods and instead of working on my own project when not helping others I decided to start a new character and do some playing.

Found you need the patch that came out when the CK did to use any mods created with the CK.

If thats a beta patch then no. I have the latest patch though. if that makes it required then it is but I have no way of testing it to see if it works on older patches.

Is patch 1.4.27 needed if so say so. I do not have that patch installed, there are mods I have installed that will not work with it. I use WryeBash to install and when I tried to start it cts.
