Yes it does, so if you dropped your entire inventory, bar the scrolls, you'd still be 0. What I'd like to see is a mod that just makes all quest items weigh nothing, then its not so obviously a game mechanic, then again, it would look a little unrealistc, and if the item was unflagged as a quest item, silly.
do u just trade with the orc at the college? cuz id assume u couldn't do that with a quest item? i have never seen any dialog about selling one, have i missed something here?
yeah true, just give the scroll to the orc in winter hold college, he pays quite the coin for it and when i say quite i mean the cheap amout of gold skyrim seems to run on (bad economy i think, super cheap items, super expensive weapons and armor, little pay even if you do hitman jobs and books are free and nobody seems to even care if you steal those)
lisete dibella statue, finn's lute and another 2 things from bard clg (damn things don't get removed from my inv even after using console commands). And i would be best if u make all quest related things weightless!
