      Hi! I'm not really sure that I used only vanilla models so probably it will require dlc. But you can try it without dlc and see what happens. I think it may work but I'm not 100% sure

   Looking forward to trying this out. Already have a build/character theme to go with the house. Quick question though: is the clutter static, or can a lot of the house be looted?

      Almost all clutter is static but potions on the far shelf are normal potions and can be picked. All the other stuff is just decor.
