Just a reminder; low-effort unhelpful posts (i.e. "this mod sucks") will be deleted, criticism is fine but please be detailed and explain what issues you have with the mod and what could be improved. Help posts, If I don't respond right away does not mean I am ignoring you, I am investigating said issues and trying to find a solution. Please be patient, thank you.
It is an insult? Below, you said that this mod does not exist, and I just noticed that this is not so. If someone needed a version for Skyrim, I would think about it.
It's definitely nice to see him more closely represent his Morrowind counterpart, I personally feel like he looks too young (going by the non-ghostly image). I don't quite remember how much it changes the face, but have you already tested how he looks with the various settings on the complexion slider?
Otherwise if I could fathom a guess... I imagined the reason he has hair in the Soul Cairn, is due to him growing it out sometime after leaving prison (as it isn't abnormal for a prison to have someone shave/cut their hair, especially when it comes to prisoner hygiene).
Well if the theories/rumors are to be believed then Jiub's severed head can be found in Kvatch, and it's bald...which was at the time of his death...so...
I actually made this face using the in-game character creator at start up and there weren't any scars that went over the eye like his in Morrowind. Some were close but not quite, so I figured might as well leave it since he's in spectral form and you can't really notice all of the changes anyway =/
One of the scars mods probably has this covered (or scars-and-other-stuff mods). Some that come to mind are NBScars (49279), Scars of Skyrim (49050), and Skin Feature Overlays (93712). Would be a nice touch.
To ramble a bit: I remember liking "bring back Jiub" mods in Morrowind so much that I actually had him in the game twice! Once as a market vendor and once as something else, and on my next playthrough I was going a try out a main-quest-eliminating mod for open play, which makes Jiub the Nevervarine in your stead. I figured I would check out Tamriel Rebuilt and a bunch of the other huge mods). I'm a bit spoiled by Skyrim now, but the old game actually looks Oblivion-level good in OpenMW with various non-MWSE/MGE graphics improvement mods, body and face replacers, animation mods, and texture packs. Some of it even rivals Skyrim, though the meshes are cruder, and there isn't as much texture layer complexity, nor an ENB. It's a bit flatter and more cartoony looking. I could also try MWSE and MGE with the vanilla engine next time, too, though OpenMW makes modding the game 100x easier (no file-date faking, and you can keep mods in their own directories and out of the Data folder), so it's hard to give up.
Sweet. I love consistency mods. It never ceases to amaze me how little Bethesda follows its own lore, given that it has a "Head Loremaster" on staff and a whole lore department.
I know what you mean. I felt the same way about this. Reminds me, I never did fix that for the vanilla game, only for OpenMW. Should probably bang out a more universal patch.
He may be wanting to wear the other clothes because they are set as his outfit. You can change that to none or create a new outfit with the items you want him to wear.
Hmm, that is odd. NPC's like to default to the selected outfit in the inventory tab over what they have in their inventory. Does he have a sleep outfit selected or is that set to NONE?
Just some ideas. I can see you have a good bit of experience making NPC's from your many mods.
Just disable and enable and that will reset everything. If he's already in your save before you created/installed your mod, it could be the save info so disable/enable should refresh him.
Well! I think I might pull a Buzzkillington here sorry in advance! I think I disagree with you on this a little bit! While I certainly appreciate the mod, the thing is Jiub did live for a long while longer after the departure of the Nerevarine! I mean the whole quest in the SoulCarin has to do with the Dragonborn gathering the lost pages of his book that describe his adventures, meaning he must have lived for a long while longer! Long enough for him to change a little bit. Certainly the hair is the most plausible part for this.
On a different note! MY GOD is that quest a pain in the you know what. The absolute worst part is when the pages themselves are moved around from fighting, If I didn't find the SoulCarin absolutely fascinating I might even be mad! But no, more annoyed than anything else. Still it was good to see something from a past title....well If you don't count the Hero of Kvatch! I love that guy.

But I do not cancel the competition.
