I personally didn't like the 1.5x Speed, but at the same time, 2x speed was unnatural. For me, I think a 1.75x would have been best... bbbbbuuuutttt I settled on 2x, after first trying the recommended 1.5x.
It's easy, download the manual file, go into NMM (I only use NMM), on the green "add symbol", to the little arrow on the right of it, "add from file", choose the downloaded file and it adds it. Now only go until animals, creatures, mounts and horses (this is where it went for me) and install it. No need to manual install

it's a simple aplication that only needs 3-5 minute to make your own speed ESP!!! But it didn't completely tell you the ways how to modify your speed and someone may be confuse... so i'm here to tell you how it works...
- first download the file, then extrack it... - second, open the skyrim speed aplication - third, see the table below...
Walk Run horse 125.11450 horse sprint600600 horse swim 210210
if you want to make your horse walk faster 1.25x faster, than open your calculator and type (1.25 x 125.11) and it will be 156.38 so if you want to modify the horse sprint and swim speed, folow that instruction... after you change what you want, than click creat esp file, and it will tell you to chose what the esp file name and where do you want to save...
save that esp than copy the esp to your skyrim data file, dont forget to delete the esp that you download from this faster horse, cause it wont work if you have two esp that change the same object (horse speed)
Note: I recomment that you change the horse walk and run speed to +10%, horse sprint to +15% cause i try +25% is still too fast for me, and horse swim to +10%. I also recommend that don't change the player, npc or werewolf speed, cause +10% walking/running speed is also too fast...
I have test it my self and what? WONDERFULL... Ones again i have to thanks wheresmypocket, cause if i didnt see this mod than i will didn't find this application from wolfmark...
