If this mod is still being monitored by the author, there is an extraneous edit to Lydia in the esp file, which will give her a black face bug depending on load order, and what other mods you have loaded.
I Dled it with Mo without issue, but when I clicked to install it, MO couldn't unpack the file.
Not sure what archive software the author used, but I just DLed it manually and then unpacked and repacked it with 7zip. Readded it to MO, and it installed w/o issue.
Sleeping Giant Inn is way overcrowded. Any chance of an optional .esp moving Ovenly & Amanda to Rorikstead (Frostfruit Inn) or Old Hroldan Inn perhaps?

OK...used the new download, She is excellent right out of the box! and gets better when I give her better equipment! She follows closely, kills quickly (or as quickly as "Vanilla" allows!) and looks good doing it! Excellent job
